Nicht erlaubt: Weiterverkauf, Weitergabe, Upload auf Plattformen zur Distribution von Samples oder Erstellung eines eigenen Samplepacks. 3. Eigentumsrechte Alle Rechte an den Inhalten verbleiben bei Johannes Burger / Organic Keys & Textures. Mit dem Kauf / Download erwirbt der Nutzer lediglich die Nutzungsrechte gemäß dieser Lizenz.

4. Haftungsausschluss Die Inhalte werden ohne Gewährleistung bereitgestellt. Johannes Burger übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden, die direkt oder indirekt durch die Nutzung der Inhalte entstehen. Kompatibilität mit allen DAWs oder Systemen kann nicht garantiert werden.
